Four Hearts, One Table is a podcast and a gathering place for honest conversation about the part of non-monogamy nobody really talks about — the feelings. Not just the logistics, not just the fun, but the real, messy, human middle: catching feelings you didn't plan for, loving more than one person, navigating jealousy and joy and everything in between.

We're two couples who met in the lifestyle and were genuinely surprised to find ourselves building something deeper than we went looking for. When we tried to find people talking openly about that — the emotional side, the part that doesn't come with a manual — we mostly came up empty. So we pulled four chairs around one table and started the conversation ourselves.

Why we're here

We're not experts. We're not coaches. We don't have it all figured out — and that's kind of the point.

We're four people climbing the same hill a lot of you might be on, turning around every so often to say the one thing we wished someone had said to us: you're not the only ones. If sharing what we're learning — the wins, the missteps, the awkward and the beautiful — helps even one person feel less alone, then the whole thing is worth it.

Everything here ladders back to a single feeling we hope you walk away with: I'm not the only one — and maybe I'm braver than I thought.

Who's at the table

Four very different people, which is exactly why it works:

  • Lizzy — the heart and the glue, the one who makes sure every conversation has a soft place to land.
  • RH — the steady hand who keeps it real and keeps it light.
  • Bear — the gentle giant with the one-liner and the line that makes you stop and think.
  • Erin — the spark who keeps the energy, the stories, and the honesty flowing.

Why we're anonymous

Because honesty is the whole point — and we can only be this honest if we protect the people and the lives we're talking about. The aliases aren't a gimmick; they're what let us tell you the truth. We have a feeling a lot of you understand that better than most.

Honest podcast episodes, writing that goes a little deeper, and a community that's growing one conversation at a time. Sometimes we'll laugh until we can't breathe. Sometimes we'll get quiet and real. Always, the door is open and everyone gets a seat.
